❤️ Shipping Method

We offer Standard Shipping via USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing, though delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

 

❤️ Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can confirm timelines. While we will always try our best to accommodate, expedited processing is not guaranteed.

 

❤️ Shipping Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Creepy Gals is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, including missing apartment numbers or incorrect details.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.

If you notice an address error, email us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address, and we can’t be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

A little extra attention at checkout helps your goodies arrive safely ❤️

 

❤️ Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.

 

❤️ Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Creepy Gals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, you may need to file a claim with USPS/UPS. 

*Please note that USPS/UPS is known to prematurely mark items as delivered. Please wait 3-4 days from delivery date to reach out if you are not able to locate your package. This gives us time to see if possibly a neighbor, roommate, family member, etc. may have received it. 

 

❤️ Delivered but Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, roommates, or household members

  • Contact your local USPS or UPS office directly

Carriers are known to occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please allow up to 7 days after the delivery scan to locate your package before contacting us.

Creepy Gals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

❤️ Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at creepygalsshopify@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

❤️ International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Creepy Gals is not responsible for delays, refused packages, or additional fees related to customs.
