❤️ Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you must request a return or exchange within 7 days of the date your item is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return or exchange first will not be accepted.

 

❤️ Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made outside of this timeframe are not guaranteed and may be denied.

 

❤️ Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a defect or damage is confirmed:

  • We will replace the item with the same size and style, subject to availability

  • Defective item replacements do not qualify for size changes

Clear photos showing the defect, the full item, and the size tag may be required to process any damage or defect claim. Submitting photos does not guarantee approval.

We are not responsible for defects, damages, or issues reported after 30 days from the delivery date.

 

❤️ Condition of Items

Items showing signs of wear, washing, altered seams, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or improper care are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

 

❤️ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Personalized items (tote bags, pillows, poster prints, tapestries)

  • Sweatshirts, t-shirts, jackets, and hoodies

  • Love core ski masks / Love core devil ski masks

  • Any hats or head garments

  • Any hair accessories

❤️ Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

❤️ European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.


❤️ Return & Exchange Policy Disclaimer

At our discretion, approved return and exchange requests will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label for the authorized item(s). Please note that prepaid return shipping labels are only provided for items confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

All issued return shipping labels are valid for 14 calendar days from the date the label is created and sent to the customer.

We understand that sometimes customers may reconsider their decision after initiating a return or exchange. If you decide that you would prefer to keep your item(s), no additional action is necessary. Simply disregard the provided return label and do not mail the package back to us. Once the 14-day return window has expired, the pending return or exchange request will automatically be canceled and considered void.

Please be advised that after a return and/or exchange request has expired or been voided, the associated order will immediately become final sale. At that time, we will no longer be able to accommodate any further returns, exchanges, refunds, partial refunds, store credits, order modifications, or adjustments related to that purchase.

By submitting a return or exchange request, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and timelines.

 

❤️ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
